• Checking in students - leaving/returning to school

• Carry first aid bag, render as necessary

• Hand out dinner before events

• Clean up dinner (while chaperones/students get on bus)

• Arrival between 4-4:30PM (Competition days early as 5AM!)

• “Snack Mom/Dad”

  • In charge of a section and/or bus

  • organizes/delegates which parent(s) bring what for the assigned week

  • Cookies (No nuts in case of student allergies!)

  • Gatorade/Capri Sun

• Sets up and maintains hospitality room for judges and directors
